Appointment Only
In an effort to maintain the credibility of our schedule, and out of respect for our patients who have waited for an appointment, we are rarely ever able to see same-day patients.
Cancelling Appointments
If you have a scheduled appointment and are unable to keep it, please call as soon as possible to reschedule. There are scheduled patients who, due to the extent of their illness, may need to be seen earlier. Canceling or rescheduling your appointment prior to the date of service makes it possible to bring those patients in sooner.
We accept most insurances, but also will see patients on a sliding fee scale. Please use our “Patient Registration” link to register for an appointment.
Become a New Patient
If you wish to become a patient at MercyMed please click here and select “Create Account” in the patient portal. Once the request is submitted, our staff will promptly get back with you to establish an appointment. For patients without insurance, please gather household income information to have available when our staff contacts you for an appointment. This includes the number of people that live in your household as well as total income for the household, including but not limited to:
- Employment income
- Social Security Benefits
- Food Stamps
- Disability
- Child Support Received, etc.
Having this information available will make your registration smooth and easy, allowing us to treat you as soon as possible.
MercyMed Sliding Fee Schedule
MecyMed offers a discounted sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.
